ABOUT YOU

Welcome, I'M really GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

You've built a life, career or a business that matters to you.

You've made big decisions, navigated change, taken responsibility and created things you're proud of.

And you're still growing.

Perhaps you're thinking about what's next. A new direction for your business. A different way of leading. More freedom with your time. Or simply making room for the things you've been wanting for yourself.

You don't necessarily need someone to tell you what to do. You're capable of figuring things out.

But having someone you trust to think things through with, challenge your perspective and support you as you make your next moves? That can make all the difference.

That's where I come in.

ABOUt ME

I'm Ngan

(Yes, like naan bread)

My path here has been anything but linear.

I started my working life as an optometrist, spending a decade caring for people and understanding how they see the world.

I went on to co-found and operate a business that grew from the ground up to seven figures in its first year.

I've built teams, navigated rapid growth, made difficult decisions, changed direction, and experienced what it means to carry the responsibility of a business and the people within it.

Some chapters have been wildly successful. Others have humbled me. Most have been a little more complicated than the neat version you put in a bio.

There have been seasons of knowing exactly where I was going.

And seasons when I absolutely did not.

I've loved. Lost. Celebrated. Grieved. Built. Burned out. Remembered visions that I had put aside. Dreamed new dreams. Changed my mind. Cried. Laughed a lot.

And kept becoming more myself along the way.

None of it has been wasted.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as a coach, leadership consultant and thinking partner.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I understand that building a meaningful life and business rarely follows a straight line.

I don’t believe our lives fit neatly into boxes.

The business decision can be personal.

The leadership challenge can have very little to do with leadership.

Wanting more can coexist with being deeply grateful for what you already have.

You can be ambitious and tired.
Certain and questioning.
Deeply serious about what you're creating and still want to have a great time creating it.

You want to make a meaningful contribution to the world and create a beautiful life for yourself and your loved ones.

You can be navigating something difficult while also noticing that life is really rather wonderful.

I have a deep respect for all of that complexity.

And I still look for the joy, beauty, possibility and simplicity within it, too.

That's why I don't separate the person from the leader, or the business from the life you're building.

I'm interested in what's happening, what's underneath it, what matters to you and what you're ready to do about it.

I want to understand the whole picture.

Because very often, that’s where what actually matters becomes clear.

I believe we're meant to live a richly lived life.

Abundance, to me, is bigger than having more.

It's being able to notice the richness already here while remaining open to what else might be possible.

Love. Beauty. Meaning. Deep, fulfilling relationships. Work that matters. Experiences that make you feel gloriously alive. And ordinary moments that somehow become extraordinary because you were present enough to notice them.

Prosperity is being richly resourced for the life I want to live and the contribution I want to make.

Money, absolutely. And also time, energy, freedom, choice, support and space.

Enough to enjoy. Enough to give. Enough to create. Enough to choose generously. And enough space to actually experience the life you're creating.

I don't believe success should require us to sacrifice our lives in pursuit of it.

I want prosperity that lets us live it.

And then there's magic.
I believe in evidence. Science. Strategy. Practical action. A good plan.

And I also believe in intuition. Synchronicities. Wonder. The thing that arrives at exactly the right time. The possibilities we couldn't have planned for. Those inexplicable little moments that make you smile and think, of course.

We don't need to choose between the two.

Evidence and magic.
Prosperity and presence.
Intention and possibility.

To me, that's abundance.

A life we're fully here for, with room for more than we could have planned for.

And because there's MORE to me than work...

I trained in floristry after optometry, and before coaching.

I have always loved flowers, beauty and creating with my hands. I trained at Pearson's School of Floristry with every intention of exploring where it might lead. Turns out, flowers and allergies aren't the greatest combination. 😂
But that part of me never went anywhere. Give me flowers, a beautiful table, good food and thoughtful conversations and I'm very happy.

I'm a walking contradiction. And I'm embracing it.

Ambitious enough to want to help build a better world. Equally drawn to hermitting and slow living.
A highly sensitive introvert who is manifesting her 50th bday at Tomorrowland.
I love strategy and intuition. Deep conversations and ridiculous humour. Beautiful hotels and getting lost in nature. I can be incredibly practical and believe wholeheartedly in magic. ✨
I used to think all the different parts of me needed to make sense together. And actually, they do.
The contradictions are part of my magic.
Both/and, baby.

My heritage shows up in how I hold space, not just where I'm from.

I'm Vietnamese Australian, raised by parents who came to Australia as refugees.
I grew up with a deep respect for family, hard work, sacrifice and making something of the opportunities you've been given.

There were also plenty of ideas about what I should do, what was sensible, what success looked like and what would make my family proud.

I can hold both now. The love and the expectation. The gratitude and the desire to choose for myself.

My heritage has shaped how I understand ambition, responsibility, belonging and becoming your own person.

It's part of who I am. And inevitably, part of how I hold space for others.

I'm a proud BTS ARMY.

Unapologetically.

I came for the music and stayed for the seven humans behind it.

Their range. Their ridiculousness. Their humility. The way they continue to grow, question, create, push the edges and evolve without pretending to have it all figured out.

Their work has accompanied me through some significant seasons of my own, and I suspect they'll be part of many more.

And for me, JK opened the door to my Magic Shop and brought six amazing brothers with him. Ha! 💜

more about me

The experience behind the work

My work draws on more than two decades of experience across healthcare, entrepreneurship, business operations, leadership and coaching.

I've worked with people one-to-one, built and led teams, navigated the realities of running a business, and contributed to organisations through board and committee roles.

Alongside that experience sits more than a decade of study, training and mentorship in human behaviour, personal development, leadership and meaningful change.

My spiritual practice is also an important part of my life and work. Through meditation, contemplation, energy work and personal healing and exploration, I've developed a deeper relationship with myself, my intuition and the way I meet the world.

I understand the practical demands of business, the responsibility of leadership and the very human experience of navigating growth, uncertainty and change.

What I bring to our work is the ability to move between the big picture and what's happening beneath the surface.

The practical and the intuitive.
Business experience and human connection.

Strategy and spaciousness.

Evidence and magic.

And the discernment to know what might serve the person in front of me.

Sometimes that's a clear plan, a different perspective or a conversation that challenges your thinking.

And sometimes, the most useful place to begin is with what's happening within you.

EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY

I have a particular gift for emotional alchemy.
For staying with what you're feeling long enough to understand what's really there, without making it wrong, rushing to fix it, or letting it run the whole show.

Anger. Grief. Fear. Resentment. Joy. Desire. Freedom.

All of it gets to have a seat at the table.

We listen. We get curious. We work with what's here.

Not to turn a difficult emotion into a "better" one, but to understand what it might be showing us.
To let it reveal, soften, clarify, transform or move in whatever way it needs to.

Because sometimes what looks like a business problem, a leadership challenge or a decision stalled is also deeply, wonderfully human.

And we can work with that too.

A former optometrist and seven-figure business co-founder, Ngan brings experience across entrepreneurship, business operations, leadership, consulting and coaching, alongside more than a decade of study, training, and mentorship in personal growth and human potential.

Her work brings together the practical and intuitive, strategy and spaciousness, evidence and magic.

With a gift for seeing beneath the surface and making sense of complexity, Ngan helps people gain clarity on what matters, navigate important decisions and move forward in ways that honour both their ambitions and the lives they want to live.

She works with thoughtful, accomplished people who have created much in their lives and businesses, and are ready to explore what else is possible. People who are capable of figuring a lot out on their own, but know they don't have to do all of it alone.

Her clients bring their whole selves to the room. The strategic decisions and the emotions. The experience and the uncertainty. What's working beautifully and what isn't.

Ngan meets them there, with curiosity, compassion and a willingness to challenge their thinking, while making room for what they may not yet have considered.

And always, there's room for rest, joy, magic, beauty and delight.
