Former optometrist turned business co-founder. We built a multimillion-dollar company in its early years.
We grew quickly— year on year.
And from the outside, it looked successful.
Inside, it was often chaotic.
I understand growth —
and what it costs when it isn't anchored.
Eventually, life required that I dismantle what no longer aligned.
This practice was born from that reckoning.
Today, my work integrates lived business experience with depth of soul and self.
